I’m Chantelle Sauls, founder of Silas, a private healing practice offering intuitive guidance, spiritual coaching, breathwork, and deep emotional healing. As a medium and intuitive, I specialize in helping clients break lifelong emotional cycles, reconnect to their true selves, and heal both inner childhood and ancestral wounds.
My journey began with my own rapid personal transformation—healing deep-rooted trauma within weeks after years of feeling stuck in traditional therapy. That experience taught me the power of soul-led healing and inspired me to create Silas as a sacred space for others ready to do the same.
I also founded The Secret Garden Wellness Studio, where I guide clients through intuitive readings, inner child workshops, and somatic healing experiences. Whether in person or virtually, my work blends energetic insight with practical, trauma-informed support, helping each client not just process—but truly transform.
I believe healing should feel personal, sacred, and transformative—not clinical or transactional. My role is to guide you back to yourself.

Through daily in-home care and ancestral wisdom, we create intimate, safe spaces for women to reclaim their cycle as a rite of passage; each bleed becoming an act of magic, release, and rebirth.
